TaLK Pre-Orientation

So I FINALLY finished the online pre-orientation for TaLK....I know some people who finished this in a day....I think it took me 2.5 weeks.

It was a pain for me... It was basically just a short summary of my last university semester. Then it had some small sections for Korean language...basically the first week of my Sogang language program.

This pre-orientation took me so long to get through because I was too bored/lazy to do it haha. I’m a little worried about the actual 1 month orientation now. I just hope most of it will be new for me or at least a different view. I know this will be extremely valuable for me regardless. I just hope at least 70% of it is new for me. From what I have heard about orientation...it’s busy. Long hours in lectures/practicums and little time for rest 

All I know is that August is gonna be looong

Flight Booked

Finally booked my flight !!!! July 31 I will be on my way to Korea. Destination Busan for Orientation!!!!! Excited to finally have some progress

Next on the to-do list is the Visa!

When walking back to my apartment, I saw a 할아버지 passing and said "안녕하세요" to him. He smiled and looked so happy and said "네" back. A middle school student that was a couple feet behind him looks at me, bows, and says "안녕하세요." I reply back "네" I feel like this is a first lolol
