Open your bottle

I can’t express how important it is for people to let their thoughts and feelings out.

Bottling them up is not healthy at all. I get there are certain things some people might not want to speak about to others but trust me - it’s a good thing.

You need to find someone who you can trust, trusting is something very hard. I’m one person who has a hard time trusting people but the funniest part of me is I start off as an open book. As I get to know someone I tell them more and more, if I get a wrong vibe - I distance myself away and slowly close the book. 

People are usually the opposite. You get to know someone, then you slowly open up. That’s cool. But if you don’t even try due to bad experiences from the past. It’ll only hurt you. 

So please. Talk to someone, anyone. Don’t hurt yourself cause that will be hurting your loved ones. It’s something very hard - no one can understand anyones situation because everyone’s is different. But you have to TRY.
