The “bread crackers” recipes wasn’t actually here - it was a suggestion from a friend. You just cut the bread up into pieces (squares, rectangles etc), coat with olive oil and whatever herbs/seasoning you like (I use mixed herbs, garlic salt and a dash of pepper), then bake in a medium oven (I did about 175C). Length of time depends on how crispy you want it. You’ll probably need at least 30 minutes to get the bread browned. It’s a bit of a try and see and adjust (with the seasoning too) until you get what you like.
