Why are people 100% cool and fine with publicly violating someones clearly stated boundaries. And then other people just act like that's okay and funny?
I feel like i have to say it here regardless, Aurian's are my project that I made with my friend. If someone was involved with the project previously, and I don't want them affilated with it anymore, i have every right to use titles and designs I made in the first place.
The character in question never ever had a solid, polished design that was finished. Only bits and pieces and a concept sketch for something I was going to do as a gift, for free, which i made clear I didnt want to be referenced in any future designs of that character because I didnt want to be apart of it anymore after how I was treated.
I have not given this person permission to use any of my art/free designs at all as reference when purchasing another comm. I made that explicitly clear. I dont want to be affiliated with this person at all, and all ive asked is that they sell the designs they bought from me because im no longer comfortable with them owning anything of mine anymore, which they agreed to do.
