Um I have the habit of talking to myself out loud when I’m alone in my work, and I do it in English (my native language is Portuguese).
Then I was working with my mum. I thought she went out to do something and I said “there she goes, leaving me to do this work lol😔” then I went cold when I heard her voice. [in Portuguese]
“…are you talking alone?…”
“…uh?”
“Were you talking alone? 😶”
“… … …… ………. Me? 😀… …….”
Owie I didn’t feel embarrassed like that in a long time
