Personal Notes: Beware of The Dysfunctional Globe
To quote from my friend's twitter account,
"Just discovered today that Globe Telecoms Eastwood upgraded my plan without my consent with a free phone I never received. Wow! @talk2globe"
After trying to solve the problem of a dysfunctional sim card this morning at Globe Technohub, my friend found out something worse. Her other postpaid account got upgraded to a higher plan with a rewards thing pa (whoever that someone is got a free phone!) and that happened last March pa! She paid something beyond the limit!!!! And the question is...how can that get processed without her knowing? Diba those transactions need signature and her presence?
Something fishy is going on Globe. This is the nth person who ranted about bad service. Aside from having a sudden beyond-the-limit billing, now someone pays for a phone she haven't even seen and a phone bill she never even used. WHY?
