What can I say, I think sunshine / brooding grump is a great combination. But also consider: they both work in the shadows doing reconnaissance, there's absolutely a chance they could meet and get to know each other.

How long will they last? - It depends, in actual canon I don’t think they would function very well. It also depends on the situation that draws them together. I’ve read some pretty convincing fanfictions, granted they were stupidly cheesy.
How quickly did/will they fall in love? - Lux and Talon fell in love on accident, as with any Noxian I ship Lux with other than Kat. Lux was probably spying or stealing something and Talon interrogated her out it. She somehow gets away and evades him and for a while, it’s a chase like that. Talon hunting Lux down on the orders of his commander/higher up. He catches her one day and rather than killing her he returns to Noxus stating he has lost her trail.
How was their first kiss? - Rushed and never talked about. I like to think that at some point there will be diplomatic attempts by Lux and the Radiant Ones towards Noxus. She would go to Noxus and attempt to show them a spark of strength in even a small girl. Talon recognizes her and corners her, demanding answers for why she steals then returns to Noxus as a diplomat, hypocritical. Frustration rises and so do voices so he silences her with a kiss. At this point, Lux has probably had at least a little experience kissing and tries to beat him at his own game.

She tried to emulate his relaxed attitude, leaning her hip against the rail and at least pretending to look out over the city… but she didn’t stop watching him. And her fingers moved to press against the wide metal bracelet covering the blunt, simple ‘Talon’ that had appeared on her birthday.
He seemed to be taking this calmly - maybe more calmly than she was. The urge to follow his lead in the market, to trust him, had been sudden, and terrifying in its own way. It wasn’t anything she was used to, especially in Noxus, of all places.
“Lots of people know of me,” she said. An edge slipped through on the word. “…and you too for that matter,” she added to blunt it.
While ‘Talon’ wasn’t a common name, it was definitely more common than ‘Luxanna Crownguard.’ And anybody interested in the Noxian political scene kept track of the best assassins - Talon certainly met that qualification. So even if he weren’t of interest to the Demacian military she would have run across his reputation among the Noxians. He had been on her list of possibilities. She just hadn’t had very long to compile that list, or come to terms with it.
How long had he had? If she was right and he was the older half, that could explain his composure. Her eyes went back to him and his gleaming blade, its eyes filled with crystalline disapproval. What was it like as a Noxian who was visibly and irrefutably tied to a Demacian? The wrappings that covered his wrist were a hint. At the very least it inspired certain fashion choices.
“So what are we?” she asked. A surface understanding of each other was a better starting point than many pairs were faced with. Misgivings aside, they were going to have to move forward somehow.
“Soulmates,” Talon deadpanned with a perfectly straight face. It was a hint at his dry sense of humor, the sly little remarks that he slid into conversation with no change of tone or expression. His gaze had flickered sideways again at the edge to her tone. Did she not like being famous? Or had she misunderstood and thought Talon was claiming to know her merely because he knew of her? As if any assassin would be fool enough to think that gossip was the sum of a person. Anyone who’d ever had to run recon or collect their own intelligence on a target knew better than to trust rumor to tell the truth of what a person was - especially someone like Luxanna Crownguard. Assassins, spies and celebrities always kept their true selves hidden. “Whatever you’ve heard about me is probably as accurate as what I’ve heard about you,” he said dryly, fingers caressing the edge of the dragonblade idly. The eyes alone were a perfect example of how rumor couldn’t compare to the truth. Talon had heard many theories expounded about them already - they were magic, they were made of the same sort of crystal as Skarner, they were focus stones to amp up his power, etc. Talon knew that the truth of them (they were made of hemomancer’s blood, given willingly and formed into crystals by hemomantic power) was known only by himself and Vlad. He glanced at her again, fingers straying down to the bandages that wrapped over his wrist and palm. The skin under the wrappings was slightly paler than the rest of him, thanks to the recent mission he’d worked in Shurima. He knew how the golden lettering stood out against his skin, how it shone no matter how little light he was in. His curiosity as to what his name looked like on her wrist was nearly unbearable. “You want to show it, just to make it official?”
