Tamanchey is one such film which almost manages to sweep you off your feet, with its fresh take on action-romantic films. It is not the first time a romantic film has been based on a pair of criminals.The film falters at the start but quickly recovers. It takes a pair of talented actors to pull off a quirky film like Tamanchey, and director Navneet Behal has just the right cast with Richa Chadda and Nikhil Dwivedi at his disposal. Richa Chadda gives a commendable performance in the movie. Post interval the movie has a lot of action, drama and romance happens on screen to keep you entertained. The action sequences have been shot with novelty, giving the scenes a realistic and brutal tinch.

Tamanchey is a love story of two badass criminals Munna (Nikhil Dwivedi)a rustic kidnapper from Uttar Pradesh and Babu(Richa Chadda). They meet by twist of fate when their police van meets with an accident. They decide to stick together to avoid police. They meet, they fight, they make love and then the inevitable happens.Babu disappears into thin air abandons Munna in the big city of Delhi. Munna who has fallen in love with babu sets out to find her and finally bumps into a drug lord Rana (Amandeep Singh Sidhu).How does the duo manage to escape from the wrath of the dreaded drug lord Rana forms the rest of the story.

Tamanchey will keep you entertained till the end.

Known for supporting new talents and films in Bollywood, superstar Salman Khan has devoted three days for editing actor Nikhil Dwivedi's upcoming film Tamanchey.

Dwivedi, who shares a warm rapport with the Kick star, said Salman gave valuable inputs to make the film more appealing. "He did give us inputs which were valuable. We are thankful to him. He is a large-hearted man and he himself doesn't know what all he does (for others)," Nikhil told reporters here at the trailer launch of Tamanchey.
