Freedom Convoy leader Tamara Lich has been re-arrested in Medicine Hat, Alta., for breaching her bail conditions, one of her lawyers has confirmed.
Lich was taken into custody Monday evening, according to Keith Wilson, who represents Lich on her non-criminal cases including a lawsuit.
Wilson, who spoke with Lich after her arrest, says she expects to be transported back to Ottawa in the next week.
Lich faces charges of mischief, counselling mischief, obstructing police, counselling to obstruct police, counselling intimidation and intimidation by blocking and obstructing one or more highways for her role as one of the organizers of the protest that shut down much of downtown Ottawa earlier this year.

Tamara Lich is being held without bail for organizing a peaceful protest under the charge that she encouraged "mischief." While a Chinese national Zexi Li is suing the government because she didn't like people being too loud. We know that the CCP has planted infiltrators in our own government and throughout the globe. We know that Justin Trudeau is a WEF darling of Klaus Schwab.
If you think the truckers are your enemy, you're already a slave.
All they want is the freedom to make medical decisions for themselves. That is an inherent right. Trudeau is abusing emergency powers to contain tyrannical control of his people indefinitely. Don't think for a second that can't and hasn't already happened in parts of the US.
I 100% trust truckers far more than I will ever trust politicians and elitists. Like our farmers, they are more invested in our individual successes, survival, and liberties.

Tamara Lich still supporting Freedom Convoy, breaking bail condition, Crown says
Ahead of her Thursday court appearance, Crown prosecutors are arguing Ottawa protest organizer Tamara Lich should be back in jail because she is violating her bail conditions by continuing to support the Freedom Convoy.
Lich agreed to attend a Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) gala planned in Toronto for June 16, where she is being given a "Freedom Award."
According to an application filed by Crown lawyers, Lich is not to support "anything related to the Freedom Convoy" and the document charges the event is "designed to support the Freedom Convoy movement."
The event includes a VIP reception with tickets going for $500, and the Crown says, "It is the only reasonable inference that Ms. Lich has agreed to attend to this event in support of the Freedom Convoy cause."
