Monique wasn’t at David’s music festival. Maybe because he was only on stage for a little while.
I've always said that David's musical hobby is a nice thing, but only as a hobby and for his fans. The Tampa Festival is a music festival for professionals, so David was lucky that his singing was accepted quite patiently. I have only seen a few photos of David after the performance and therefore I cannot judge objectively, but in these photos David does not look like a happy participant in this festival. It doesn't matter if David sang for 25 minutes or 25 hours - the fans who came to listen to Green Day and a couple of other quite popular bands forgot about him after 5 minutes.
Why should Madame Odalisque accompany David? And who will walk the dogs, clean the pool and guard David's house? And all this for free food, free housing and for a couple of cheap parties from someone else's house.
