MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN ADVANCE!!!! also once you get in your cart DO NOT LEAVE obviously, but if it says sold out in the first few minutes just keep refreshing (people have them reserved in their carts and will leave the cart and tickets will free up again) i almost just gave up after the first sold out message but my friend kept refreshing and they will go in and out of stock until they're COMPLETELY gone... hope this helps

for people who haven't got their codes yet... go to halseys website and click help in the upper right corner > contact us > questions about an existing order > concert tickets/presale codes > did not receive presale code, then put in your info and shoot them an email !!! they sent mine to me within 20 ish minutes
