Jae Hee didn’t even want to go over what he wanted, she just waited for him to sign some measly papers. Yes, that’s how business went for the most part, but he liked to make agreements by words. If there was something he learned early in his life was that your word was the most valuable thing above all, that’s why he never took back any threats he made and always kept his promises. He copied her and sat down on his throne, taking the papers in his hand as his eyes skimmed over it. “This doesn’t look like it would be best for both of us. J&C isn’t getting more from me until they do more for me in return.” he announced, smug expression washed away to be replaced with that of an apathetic one. “Don’t think I don’t know how much your family has done for fine ever since investing in us, but don’t ever assume that just because of that you can push me and my artists around.” The words were said carefully yet filled with an intent that perhaps she couldn’t place, but maybe she was smart enough to do so. Hyunwoo was already leaning forward, elbows resting on the table, a cocked eyebrow as he looked intently at her. “So tell me Miss Jae Hee, how will you meet my expectations? After all, this is a give and take. It’s just proper business.” If she didn’t agree he could always find some dirt on her.
