Honestly the Nitrams (and Makaras) is a hyperfixation that just don't quit. I still love the icon you made so I'll probably keep on using it even when we both have become pensioners sitting on our respective rocking chairs on our porches, then seeing like a brown thing next to a purple thing and being like "heh...... just like homestuck."

Heeey sorry that i asks this but i was wondering if u could help me. So the thing is i played the first pokemon in a emulator in my phone (it was the red one) and i love it!! And I'm seeing videos of Sword and Shield and i want to play it! But i dont know very much about pokemon. Can i play it normally or i need to play all the other ones? (Sorry if this is a dumb ask)

None of the pokemon games have a continuous story aside from pokemon black/white 1 + 2, so you don’t need to play any of them in any particular order! The main difference between all the games are the amount of pokemon and the gimmicks for each game.  Sword and Shield is pretty “beginner friendly” since right now its like... Over 800 pokemon or something? But they cut the amount to only a fraction, which makes it less overwhelming. The game also remembers what moves are super effective etc for you, and it has a fair bit of tutorial (some of it skippable) if you need it. So no, you don’t have to play any other ones! Go forth anon, and become a pokemon champion!
