OnePunchtober 2025- Part 1!
The lat few days I've been busy with this, and it's been a BLAST! (no pun intended). As we all wait for The Big Moment to come, I'll take this chance to share my first batch of entries in this wonderful project so far ^^
At the beggining I was only going to draw a few select days, but now I'm pretty sure I'm gonna do most, if not all of them ^^ I'll try my best to complete all 31 prompts! That said, there are a few days still missing here: they weren't skipped, they're in wip state and coming later.
Without further ado, the drawings so far!
Day 1: Favourite character. This one goes without saying =p
Day 2: hero/monster swap- this one was super random, I casually remembered I like Geryuganshoop and this... kinda manifeted by itself. I'm very sorry, it's silly!
Day 3: domestic- a domesticated monster, and a monsterized domestic animal- I adore both Rover and Nyann btw!
Day 4: S class- I wanted to do something much bigger/more abarcative, but due to time constraints, I doodled busts of 3 heroes I "never drew before"- I actually did sketch Tatsumaki a couple times, but never uploaded them. Maybe I should polish those and show them sometime?
Day 5: scene/cover redraw- and a fantastic chance to draw Sage Centipede, even if I veeeery much simplified him!! ^^ (I wanna try drwing him full detail at some point). I highkey wanted something like this as an inner cover or back cover for Volume 32.. realistically I expected Garou in front and Badd at the back, but sadly my Boy didn't get cover or color illustration treatmentthere. I hope he gets that sometime, in the short-ish future! I'm really happy with this one ^^
Day 6: Favourite design/redesign- Metal Bat is cool, cute and handsome. I adore every single variation of his appearance! And I think the more loose strands of hair in his current design look great and suit him very well c: he's been saving on hair gel~
Day 7: as children! now, I can't draw human kids to save my life, but I had very little free time, so baby monsters it is! Phoenix chick is based off canon of course, but I had a good giggle thinking about Crablante's larval stages. Did I mention I'm a huge zoology nerd? I'm not only a nerd though, I also have two degrees in the Biology field ^^
Days 8, 9 and 10: coming soon in a separate entry-
Day 11: food! this is a very silly joke and I'm sorry about it =p it was a quickie and simple one as I work on days 8, 9 and 10. Another perfect chance to draw a monster ^^ I happen to be much faster at drawing moster and non human animals than I am at drawing our own species~
I'll make new entries with the rest of the prompts as I complete them! I cannot promise all will have colors, nor that there won't be sketches, but I'm having a crazy amount of fun ^^
