You may be wondering why am I posting this now that the UT anniversary is almost over. In reality, I only now have finished this picture, however, now that the sun is finally setting, and the craze over UT switch has calmed a bit, and before going over to list every AU in here… I wanted to take a moment to talk about what this picture represents to me.
It’s been 3 years ever since UT launched now, and when I look back, I still wonder what circumstances led me to join it’s fandom. It’s somewhat blurry, honestly, I remember meeting some artists in deviant art, and they made me join a Discord server. And from there, I have gone through many servers, all of them filled with people, with their own little stories to each.
I have seen stories unfold, I have shared stories, and I have seen stories start, and I made friendships with those people, some of which have become my closest friends ever. Most of them share something in common, however; They all had or have a AU of their own, and each of them reflected the person who created them in one way or another.
And I put these AUs in AU Crossfire because of what they mean to me, a friendship, a proof that roles don’t dictate a AU, and even more. At the end of the day, I just love every bit of the stories. And to the people behind them, I try to show my gratitude towards them for entertaining or teaching me how to become a better artist but most importantly, a person.
I maybe rambling a bit, but the point is: Thank you all for being such good people, and I hope we can continue to create more stories, together.
