For Tanthamore week, a glimpse at a peaceful future in the Wildwood for Kit and Jade.

It’s an unfinished sketch that I’ll get back to eventually, I can’t remember which prompt I was following but due to time constraints and the week ending soon, I thought I’d post what I’d made so far of this piece. I wanted to do so much more this week, but I will never stop creating art for this show, it’s captured my heart, it healed me and helped me discover my self a little more.

Sending all my love to my fellow Questies at the moment ❤️❤️❤️ it’s kinda rough right now but I promising to keep creating for this show and world and characters that I love so much. And I’ve loved Tanthamore week so much, I had so many ideas that I’ll finish one day maybe 😂❤️ (and I have so many fanfics to catch up on when I have free time arrrghh)

Kit turns back towards Jade and she’s grinning, eyes bright and dimple showing in her cheek. Jade’s heart speeds up, and not just from the ride. So long since she’s seen Kit like this. She’s missed it desperately even as she tried with every last scrap of tight self-control she’s tried to cultivate over the years to dislodge the spikes that Kit had sunk into her heart.

Jade kisses a girl and nothing changes, really. Kit kisses a girl and causes a minor diplomatic incident.

Thank you for creating and hosting Tanthamore Week. It woke my fanfic muse up from a four year coma. While we couldn't have anticipated the timing of the show being pulled off D+, this week feels like resilience. We believe in love, diversity, creativity, and hope.

The timing really was something we're very happy that it gave the fandom something else to focus on in light of the recent news and we are planning more Tanthamore weeks for later! It has been a joy reading all the new fics, seeing the art and the video edits we hope to have many more of these as long as the fandom is still here we will be too!
