makes friends with the neighbors: itachi would def be the friendlier one but he might not go out of his way to befriend them

is the adventurous eater: kakuzu would eat anything as long as it's free 

hogs the covers at night: itachi again but kakuzu would sleep half on top of him anyway 

forgets to do the dishes: kakuzu prob

tries to surprise their partner more often: kakuzu might try so he can come off as romantic and impressive 

leaves dirty laundry on the floor: both
