Well, Kagami's borders weren't exactly closed, but during Bakugami's time there...things hadn't been fully open for visitors, either, nor to merchants. Clothing from the outside did seem fascinating, as did the items on showcase in the window of the store in front of her.
A short-cropped shirt...rough blue wide-legged slacks...pink, heavy-soled boots...perhaps if she can find employment (a funny concept to think on, but not unwelcome), she could return for something in that type of style.
