Has the cutest little brother in the whole wide world (to her, even if he's huge and jacked and scary to others). Could be mistaken for younger because she's small as fuck.

"Oh, your tail...there's a twig stuck in it. May I pluck it out for you?"

She can assume it must feel similar to something lodged in the other's hair; a light nuisance, but not intolerable -- considering it's gone unnoticed, after all. And what a pretty color it is, too, the same as the girl's hair (like her own, or her mother's, yet deeper).

Richia can hope such a query isn't overstepping a boundary -- she has the reflex to do things as she might to her little brother, a baked-in thing. There's a smile as she asks, so as not to embarrass the other.

"We...had some horses in my homeland. Typically their tails would be braided for ornamental purposes, to make them fancier. You're likely unrelated to horses, but I could braid your tail someday, if you'd like!"

"Look how cute it is! I've finally gotten the little fellow to allow me to pet him."

More than that, actually, she has a radiocat in her lap, as she sits on the ground in a quite unceremonious manner. Richia yet doesn't know if this creature would mind if she moved around with it or kissed its distinctly non-cat head, but she's fine to just sit there.

She does wonder how they eat, though. Unfortunate that she can't figure out what type of treat for them to eat, so pets will have to do for now. Perhaps one of the staff in this area would know, as they live around the radiocats.

He certainly looks similar to a Majik: but she's seen more than one person who look similar to them, yet happen to be distinct beings who are not dangerous. (Perhaps his bright, spring-pink palette is simply normal in his homeland. It's certainly very beautiful.)

"May I be so bold as to ask where you're from? We...don't have anyone like you in Kagami, nor in the surrounding lands."

Even if she isn't the presiding Queen right now, it wouldn't be right of her to simply stay in isolation, unwilling to learn about those outside of her home. She can offer details about where she hails from, too: an exchange of information, fair as fair can be.

"I've been splitting my time between here and the beach quite often, despite the trek. It's very nice."

She hasn't exactly invested in a form of transport yet -- the available options...Richia has yet to acquaint herself with them, and though similar to devices a Witch would use, are not things she's ever really used. So feet it is!

Hands continue plucking a few flowers from the dirt. (Thank you, Beotkkot, your plants are a delight to her.)

"I want to learn more about the flowers that grow here, since they're so lovely."

"Here, you can have this one. It's simply wonderful that this place has somewhere that I can always make these."

She holds out a flower crown towards the girl -- carefully woven of Beotkkot's everspring flowers, a reminder of home and simpler times. Richia had made these for herself, her brother, and her mother once upon a time. (No reason to stop here or now.)

"I can teach you how to make them, too, if you should like? I've made flower crowns like these ever since I was a child."

Her smile is gentle, even if her stare is a little intense and bug-eyed: part of Richia's charm, maybe...she always looks like a wide-eyed little insect herself, staring and seemingly twitching metaphorical antennae while she waits for a reply.

"Are you new to the city?"

She's still adjusting to this place herself, so it's not as if she can offer much guidance: she's got the basic map of the place down, and she's got how to hop along the rooftops in her home district now (ah, the little pleasures of life).

Her companion's posture is slouched, his eyes deeply-bagged as if he's slept very little. If she had to guess -- perhaps he's around little Ichi's age? It's only proper for her to be the responsible adult.

"Would you like me to show you some of the interesting places I found here? There's a beautiful beach, and a boardwalk with many little stands."

"Oh, do feel free to get your portion first. I was going for those candied parsnips next to that when we bumped hands."

And what interesting (and soft) hands her companion had, like padded paw-hands soft and fluffy -- Richia could only take in the other's appearance with curiosity. Would it be rude to ask what she is? (She'd met others with animalistic attributes here, but this girl was nearly all animal, save for her hands and humanly proportioned face.)

"May I ask what kind of animal you are?"

It's asked, accidentally, while the girl chews: Richia simply piles parsnips, chicken, and spinach onto her plate. A nice, free dinner in a new style, an attempt to converse normally...

"This is kind of fun!"

She seems winded, but not displeased: one squirming marshmallow-beast in each hand (small, and not fast enough). Apparently, they're meant to be eaten as they are, or roasted...but they do still seem to be alive-ish. Maybe she should try to borrow some of her brother's energy?

A shrug, Richia hesitantly sinking her teeth into the soft little treat: it doesn't make a sound or emote, so it's not like eating an animal, and she continues with a little more gusto -- and follows it with the next one. (Hm. She gets it now.)

But oh. She's been stared at, this whole time, hasn't she? A hand politely wipes the corners of her mouth.

"Oh. We're supposed to catch them and eat them...so I figured I would try them plain..."

"The temperature is perfect, isn't it? I quite like it."

Warm, but not so hot that it would make one sick, with steam yet rising off the water...reminiscent of home, comforting and nostalgic. The other in this shared onsen does, however, seem unsure of herself. Perhaps this isn't common where she's from.

Richia gently pushes the tray with two cups of cocoa towards her companion: obtained on her way in, and quite content the onsen staff provided the necessary means to enjoy the treats nearby vendors has provided.

"I've not drunk any from either yet, so feel free to pick whichever cup you'd like. Perhaps having something sweet might make you feel more comfortable?"

"I've only lived here for a little while, but it isn't an uncomfortable place to be. Of course, I worry for people back home...but..."

She shakes her head and laughs -- that much knowledge isn't what the boy'd wanted to know, after all. Richia doesn't need to make him so privy to her affairs if he's not curious about them. (Anyways, she can just be a person, and not a royal, in this city.)

"Well, I guess that's beside the point. The city seems safe enough, and its administration handles things well. I commend them on their organizational skills! It's hard to keep a city, much less an entire country, in check."

She twirls a long strand of hair -- pulled forward from the backside of her hairstyle -- in her fingers, regarding the boy with a stare she can only hope looks approachable. She hasn't done much in her time here, has she? Well. She'll make do in time. As will he, most likely, if he can adjust (people do seem to vanish sometimes).

"I can get down just fine! I did this all the time back home, as unbecoming as it may be."

She can't tell if her captive audience of one is amused or concerned, but he's certainly staring -- she intends to prove her point, carefully sidling down the building she'd managed to scarper her way atop (she'd crossed from a few buildings over, actually, so maybe he'd seen all of that).

Even away from home, a building is a building and a roof is a roof, and Richia's spend her life honing her body as a tool to traverse them all like they're just a paved road for her. Why should she stop because this place is new? If anything, Richia should make herself accustomed to this place's buildings, too.

"See? It was hardly a problem at all."

He looks to be, despite his height, perhaps a little younger than her -- maybe about her brother's age. It would certainly account for her not being bothered by how large her companion is compared to her, as she turns to politely request usage of the good foot or so he has on her.

"Could you be a dear and hand me that cookbook? The one with the blue spine, yellow font.... 'A Beginner's Guide To Basic Meals'."

She's quite grateful that the secondhand bookstore she'd found was both close to her new home, and reasonable in its pricing. It certainly makes her quest to learn domestic skills easier...she knows she's lacking in them, by virtue of her upbringing.

"It....will certainly be handy, given I've never cooked before."
