TanZen Week Day 2 - Haori / Proposal / Soulmates AU / Monsters

HIIII AGAIN!! let's go with the second day

You might think that I'm only fond of long haired Zenitsu, but no! I love Tanjiro with long hair too. A real shame he didn't have more screen time haha ​​:'(

Originally it was just going to be the first image for this prompt, which is based on a drawing of Tsubasa Reservoir (should I attach it too?) because I really couldn't figure out what to do. But, a couple of days ago, the inspiration came to me resulting on this little comic uwu.

I don't go too deep into the story, but basically Tanjiro is a demon that doesn't eat humans and tries to stay as far away from them as possible, living by himself up in the mountain (?). While Zenitsu is an orphan with no one to look out after him.

Somehow they meet, either because one or the other goes down or up the mountain. And, after Zenitsu gets the scare of his life thinking he would be eaten, they become friends (because of course Tanijrou's sound is still kind).

Eventually their feelings go beyond friendship and well, the mutual pinning starts haha

The idea of ​​taking a bite out of your partner upon marriage (engagement?) comes from Tokyo Ghoul, and I thought it would be cute if a scaredy-cat like Zenitsu was willing to go to such lengths just to make things right for the one he loves. I really don't think Tanjirou actually bit him though haha

TanZen Week 2022 Day 3

Zenitsu versus horror movies is a no brainer, he always loses. Except this time, he has Tanjirō Kamado on his side and Tanjirō is determined to make sure that his date to the movies has a good time.

TanZen Week Day 5 - Training / Accidental Confession / Fantasy AU / Costumes

I offer you more blushing boys uwu!!

Originally, I wanted to make them duel for the right of inviting the other to a festival, and giving a concussion to Zen in the process but, 1. my artistical habilities can't do that much, 2. It was getting too long and 3. I'm lazy. Like, super lazy. So, have this instead haha I'm sorry *cries*

Instead of swords they have magic, and Zen got hit by a random spell that knocked him out (I wanted Inosuke to be the culprit, but again, I'm lazy. Just know that it was him hahaha) and, since unconscious Zenitsu's more assertive, he goes and blurts out his true feelings to a concerned Tanjirou ówu!

Again, I gave up on trying to do backgrounds. Just no, and please, don't ask me from where comes the light haha *criesinspanish* This time I tried using color palettes so there's a lot of colors around haha I mean, in my head magic = lot of bright colors and sparkles and stars and all that so, enjoy ;D!!

I can't promise that I'll have tomorrow's entry ready for, well, tomorrow, because somehow I decided to discard the pages I had done and re do pretty much everything two days ago as a way to show how much I hate myself :'ccc just so you know that I have more posts for the week :)

TanZen Week Day 3: Onigiri / Secret Crush / Roommates AU / Scary Movie

I know I've been saying this for a long time but, one day, I'll learn how to draw backgrounds. However, today is not that day. They're too hard, help! ah ah, sorry if it looks weird ;v; *cries a river*

Anyway, I guess today's story is pretty self-explanatory: Tanjirou and Zenitsu are roommates who decide to watch a horror movie before going to sleep which...isn't a bad decision? haha I guess they wanted to expand their horizons (???)

While drawing this, I thought it was a bit incoherent for Zenitsu to be embarrassed about being carried when he was already all over Tanjiro. But I was too lazy to change it, so I will justify myself by saying that it was an unexpected move. After all, it's different when the person you like approaches you by their own will(??) ah, more than a "secret crush" is "mutual pinning" right?

Anyway, I hope you like it :'D Unfortunately, I don't have anything ready for tomorrow. I had a couple of ideas that ultimately didn't go anywhere and, besides being too long, I was just projecting myself haha ​​sorry.

So I'll see you the next day!

TanZen Week Day 6 -  Mission / Injury / Crime AU / Nightmares

TW: death, blood

Surprise surprise~ I could finish in time :D! well, kind of. Actually, this was the first entry I drew, the first idea I had for the week. But while working on it, I got lost on how I wanted it to be. So I left it and started the drafts for the rest of the week and just kinda avoided finishing it until a couple of days ago that I opened the file and...hated it jajaja and then I had the marvelous idea of re doing pretty much everything (but the first page, wich I'm a bit proud of haha) again and yep, here it is!

This ended up being more angsty than shippy, but when you have Injury, Crime AU and Nightmmares as prompts you can't just NOT make it sad!!! Also, I'll let you know that I have absolutely NO IDEA of how deathly injuries works or how much blood (and how fast) you can lose before is too late, nor how long it would take a person to wake up after a serious injury but, let's say that it took Tanjirou enough to worry.

Basically, and like in canon, Tanjirou's family was brutally murdered leaving only him and Nezuko. The culprit was never found, so Tanjirou decided to take matters into his own hands and becomes a detective, where he ends up paired with Zen (cuz I said so) who's still a bit of a coward but means well, my boy always means well haha

like in canon Tanjirou's prone to injuries, but this time the shot was bad enough to put his life on danger, and must be rushed to the hospital where he ends up spending time unconscious. Zen spends all that time besides him fearing that he would never wake up, living a nightmare while the other dreams with one.

And, that's it hahaha. I hope you can enjoy this despite the inconsistencies ;vvv; and, again, thank you for your support! I feel loved haha there's just one day left! so I'll see you tomorrow :D!

TanZenWeek 2022 DAY 7 - FREE DAY!!

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S ALREADY THE LAST DAY! ! How time flies haha I sound like an old lady For this year, I was able to complete six out of seven days, so I'm a bit proud of myself haha also, this is the third year that I participate on the week :D! hopefully there will be a fourth (?)

So, for this year's free day I bring you dancing boys~ because why not? hahaha for someone who's not into dancing as much as myself, I shure LOVE reading about my ships dancing hahah it's one of my favorite tropes :')! bonus points if it happens before they acknowledge their feelings. Oh yes, please, give me the fluffs uwu afsdafsfdasadfsfdas though, kitchen dancing is very welcomed too hahaha

At first I thought that Zenitsu must know how to dance. Since he was so desperate to appeal to girls he must've learned how to do it, right? And that surely Tanjiro would have two left feet. But then I remembered that their breathing movements are basically dances so, at least, he should have the ability to learn quickly AND to be good at it hahaha for the poses, I used references from kelpls.

TanZen Week 2022 Day 1 - Senses / Love at First Sight / Coffeeshop AU / Trick or Treat

Hello! It's me again! How's everyone been? Hopefully fine.

So, I come back with my annual batch of drawings haha I'm sorry for those who followed me because of my drawings and then received nothing D': I'm really sorry, but inspiration is a b*tch and comes whenever it wants *cries*

I'm also back with my long haired Zenitsu agenda (we were robbed!) because I'm obsessed and I think he looks pretty, okay? Please, bear with me.

So, for the firts day I managed to do just one illustration. All the other drawings for the week are comics because I have no self control and apparently I hate myself haha HELP!

In broad strokes, I thought of "Music student Zenitsu enters this coffee shop near the conservatory and falls in love with both the coffee and the cute barista"
