That book is going on wishlist!

Yeah I really want to recommend this book to everyone with out sounding like a promoter. I picked it up at Half Price Books about a year ago for $8. It was the first book I picked up about this subject and it just worked great for me. I can't wait to read the next chapter. It has a amazing meditation exercise. I'll write about it as soon as I complete it.

None taken. I'm taking some counseling at my school for veterans that helps deal with stress. Other than that, no.
