Batter selfship headcanon:

A part of reason why batter loves puns is because he took time to learn a whole new language to speak with you! He would find ways to use a clever choice of words to hear your laughter hehe

It may happen that he doesn’t have full vocabulary of your language yet, but he is ready to learn the nuances of it.

He’d even appreciate it when you correct him on his little mistakes, ah but don’t mind him staring at you so lovingly because you sound so beautiful❤️

If you try to make puns in French too, his eyes would lit up - he’d be really happy :)

I want to read a huge book with Batter in the library and overcome all our fears by turning them into curiosity, because when you're surrounded by your safe people, anything seems possible.

we'd hold each other as we read and view photographs imprinted on the book and when he notices i'm a bit queasy he'd keep me grounded by caressing my arm and ask if a break is needed.

I'd also do the same for him and also hum a song to keep both of us grounded as we walk further into understanding the world around us <3

And the batter, while trying to keep his stoic expression but you can hear his voice straining not to laugh, he goes:

✨Sharing a kiss with za Batter✨

The room was dimly lit by the fairy lights and the only sounds were the not-so-silent lip smacking, smooching kisses and the shuffling of your clothes. You were held close towards him by his hand on your waist, it felt tingly with all the dopamine rushing in but most importantly, you were safe, and comfy! You and your hot and friggin badass and loyal boyfriend were cuddling and sharing a kiss after all.

Even when both of you were a bit shakey at start, he would never stop silently waiting for permission before going any further. He would keep an eye out -well, both of his pair of eyes out- for any signs of possible discomfort, in case if you'd like to stop. They'd soften once your body seems to relax and trust him and the situation after being rigid for how long you didn't realise and wrap yourself around him gently.

And he would make sure it stays that way.
