Wasn’t Misha’s tape color always yellow? That’s what he signed for the tapeball that went up for auction for charity
This is what this fandom has done to me because I "know" this answer, but still went through and double-checked everything even now.
Here's the tape ball along with a picture of them by their marks. It's worth noting that while J2 are consistent, other people share colors. They said that Misha = Green and Alex = Yellow and they were so certain that Misha would be in the finale 2 episodes because of it.
Colors can look odd based on lighting, so I didn't just look at the Alex photo or the tape ball, but also went through the tape ball pictures and matched them to episodes to confirm that Misha = Yellow and Alex = Green.
