Out of an abundance of caution, we've continued our pandemic precautions (2 kids under 12 and unvaccinated) and have loved spending time this summer exploring Connecticut's outdoor dining and food truck scene. A few weeks ago, hubby and I enjoyed dinner @taquect in Simsbury.
