Soooo I made #snickerdoodles today because I’m a maniac. We have a party with a cookie exchange on Saturday and all of the things I baked recently were gifts or went in the tin for my family for Christmas. Harrison wanted me to make green cookies. But once these came out with the cinnamon on them, I thought they looked moldy. So I made a red royal icing and did a little drizzle. The red is SO rich. I can share these now! I made #rugelach from scratch for my sweet friend Eli for her birthday and Hanukkah this month. They’re cinnamon and turned out yummy! Minty green ones! I was careful not to add too much peppermint so they don’t taste like toothpaste. 😆 I made bigger plops of these with chocolate chips and they’re awesome! This mix was looser, so the Star tip didn’t really stay during the bake.
