Made Rugelach this morning.

Chinese born Canadian making a Jewish pastry, I discovered this pastry on one of my falls into the YouTube croissant making rabbit holes a couple of years ago.

I didn't put the sugar syrup on mines, so they're not as sweet, but the filling is a brown sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, & nutmeg mix.
