This is actually an old OC of mine, made before the undertale Fandom! I made him in Oct 2015, prior to any knowledge of undertale. :O

Meet Tarac, a tar based monster who's race lived underground. They’re whole society were based around the Victorian era (as you can see :p)

Even though he's an old oc, I still like him. I should draw more of this guy.
