Greetings, Anon!

Hello! I'd like to register a quirk. It lets me make sure that any promises made to me are kept, as well as that anyone who makes a bet with me doesn't break the rules. And yes, anything goes as long as the other person doesn't break the agreement, so I really have to pay attention to how I word things.I don't really have a name for it yet, so any suggestions would be appreciated! There is so much potential use for this quirk if properly applied. Does your quirk work automatically or does it require a conscious choice to activate? What are the requirements for activating it? Are oral agreements satisfactory, and will it also work for written proposals? What if the promise being made isn’t physically possible or they break it accidentally? How does your quirk force compliancy and what happens if the target tries to break the rules of the agreement? What if the deal is struck and the target fulfills it fitting their perception, but it’s different than what you anticipated? A bet is made with certain parameters but outside influences disrupt it. Would your quirk allow alterations to the bet or would it stop and require a new bet to be made? What about wordless agreements? For example, when playing a game there’s a silent agreement to follow the rules, so would your quirk force the players to follow them? Will your quirk allow for multiple targets in a single promise or bet? Will the people you use it on be aware of when the quirk kicks in and know they cannot break their promise or will they be forced into action in order to fulfill the deal?

Your quirk could be used within the justice system. Within a court, a promise of honesty would assist in testimonies. In a situation where a criminal is given a deal in order to help take out a larger scale villain, you would be able to ensure they keep to their side. You could have a very successful future as a judge or lawyer. You may find use in contacting the brainwashing hero Shinsou. He’s well practiced in phrasing his words and understanding the power they can hold over others. I’m sure he’d be of help teaching you the best way to phrase your deals in order to gain the most from them.

Hi, Im a recent move to the country, and Im unsure if I need to register locally or if papers from my previous residence are fine, but I suppose I ought to cover my bases? I have these eyespots all over me that I can use to see out of any eye symbol Ive drawn, as long as I remember where it is. The spots correspond to the symbols in number and size, and fade if Ive forgotten their respective symbol. I can only pay attention to one view at a time, and the symbol size limits my field of view.

It is very important to register your quirk after moving to a new location, so we appreciate your diligence. Does it matter what the symbols you draw look like so long as they resemble eyes? Must they appear realistic or will an abstract design fulfill the requirements? If I am understanding correctly, then once you draw the symbol, it will appear on your body and become available for use. Is there any reason why a symbol will appear on your body where it does or is it purely random? Will separate eyes work if they are identical, or must each pair be unique? Can you use multiple mediums in order to draw the eyes? Assuming the eye is drawn straight forward, what will be your maximum field of vision? Could you alter your potential view by angling the pupil in the drawing? How do you activate your quirk, and what occurs with your natural vision while viewing from one of your symbols? Is it possible to remove the symbol beyond forgetting about it, and can they be placed on anything, for example stone, tree bark, or a living creature?

Perhaps you would find aid from Tentacole. His ability to form eyes using his dupli-arms may provide a similar affect to the symbolic eyes you are capable to viewing out of. If necessary, you may find it worth your time to create a log book in order to record the location and appearance of the symbols you draw. This may also be useful depending on how specific your knowledge of the symbol’s location must be.

Sweet dreams, @imnotcombra?

I have a quirk to register! So I have just gotten a bit of control of my quirk, and my friend told me to register with you, so i'll explain my quirk. So when I fall asleep, I have the ability to leave my body through my soul, and be able to enter other people's dreams. Once I enter the dream, I can manipulate any portion at will, and even interact with the dreamer themselves. I call this quirk "Dream Jumper".

Stay the fuck outta my dreams!! God knows I don’t need anyone seeing the fucked up shit that goes on in my skull. Is there a different between normal sleep and the sleep that lets you dream jump? If you’re fucking around in someone’s dream, does it still feel like you got a full night’s rest after you wake up? What happens if you’re in another’s dream, and your body is forced awake or their’s is? What if you get injured in their dream? Do you feel the pain, and does it have any affect on your actual body? How close does your target have to be in order to enter their dream? Will the target remember your interference? Will using your quirk force the target into a lucid dream? Is this the kind of thing that you just play with and have fun or can you do some major shit to the person?

Consider a team up with Midnight, since I’m guessing you can’t make people go to sleep by yourself. She’s legit kinda crazy but still awesome. What could be mega cool is meeting up with different heroes inside their dreams and learning how to manipulate the dream in ways similar to their quirk. Like you could learn to mimic the effects of Pixie-Bob’s earth flow quirk inside of a dream or Backdraft’s hydrokinesis.

Hi I'd like to submit a quirk. So my quirk is the ability to communicate with stars. I can chat with them, I can attempt to make them do things without having repercussions XD, and yeah it's like Steven in Steven universe. Thank you!

There is a beauty in quirks connected to the celestial bodies. Is it a purely telepathic connection or do you speak aloud? Are the stars capable of holding extensive back-and-forth conversations? As an astronomical object many light-years away, what topics are they able to discuss? Do you communicate with words or do the stars respond more in an emotional sense. Are you limited to each specific star, such as Betelgeuse and Bellatrix, or is it possible to communicate with the star constellation Orion as a whole? How do you control what star you speak to? Must you know their name or their position? Does the distance of the star matter? It could be possible that those farther away are more difficult to hear. What can you make them do? Is this entire relationship with the stars between you and an object or are the stars personified with personalities and opinions?

I am afraid I am unaware of any hero that goes by Steven Universe, but judging by his name, perhaps he’d be an excellent guide to strengthening your own abilities. As for those heroes located within Japan, you may find aid with Mandalay and Anima. Your quirk seems to have a similar functionality to Mandalay’s telepathy, and the theme of communicating with stars with minor influence over them is very much like anivoice. It may be important that you study astronomy and understand as much about stars as possible, and perhaps someday your quirk with expand to include other celestial bodies, such as planets and comets.
