The Tar Heel 10 Miler is a celebration of running community — so many friends among the runners, volunteers, and vendors. I’m happy with a 5-minute PR (those don’t come real often at my age)! So amazed by Sarah who threw down a 10-minute PR, and so glad Jamie made the drive from Raleigh to run.
