Placing the anonymous in a private space, the bathroom is a very intimate place to be confronted by these very biblical figures. You are not only confronted by the figures but also by your own reflection in the mirror. Bringing the public into the domestic space. Playing around with the positioning of the tiles, raising some to give them authority over the others. the placement of the tiles made the bathroom unfunctional. The feedback I got in the crit was that I should have tried to paint straight onto the walls or sink of the bathroom, to make the work, even more, sight specific. Or to make the tiles more fixed and less fragile/frigid.
