FINALLY FINISHED THE MAJOR ARCANA
Man, The Moon gave me a lot of trouble. The inspiration just wouldn't come. But now it's ready!
I'd love to perhaps make a video on the cards once they're printed, explaining my reasoning when designing each card and showing how they shine, something that cannot quite be captured in photos.
But gosh, I am enjoying this journey so much. Having a self-made deck is probably my best decision. I am bonding with it even now, when I create it. I don't have to replace any other energy with mine, because it's already made up of my energy and potentially that of whatever spirits and/or deities who may have pushed my inspiration. And ultimately, instead of having to learn a language of cards, it will hopefully speak something between that language and my own, since I have consciously put the colors and symbols where I felt they belonged.
Off to the Minor Arcana I go!
sometimes you only finish one card in the span of three weeks what about it?
also changed up the border design so that's cool
It has been almost a solid year since I worked on this deck because grad school absolutely curbstomped me, so fittingly, I start anew with the Fool.

progress! two whole cards in a week (technically 8 days but like the tens are a pain to draw so let me live)
