There are two collaborative fan projects that i’ve wanted to set into motion for some time :
TAROTVERSE and LYRICVERSE
Since I want them to be a collaboration of the fans for the fans, I wanted to know which one you would be more interested in ! You can find more informations on those two below…
They are both big projects that will take some time to complete, and I don’t want to launch them at the same time ^^’ Of course, choosing one over the other doesn’t mean it will never be done ! It will just be postponed.
You can vote here for your preferred project, even if you don’t want to participate ! The poll will be closed after the first of may 2020, so get the word around :v
General informations :
This is a collaborative project, and the more people will participate, the better it will get ! Anyone is welcome to participate, no matter the age, the talent or whatever… It’s also a project for fun, you can join in or opt out anytime you want, there will be no pressure, no deadlines to meet ! I want everyone to feel welcome to participate in these projects :)
If you have any issues or concerns, please address them ! Communication is important, especially in these kind of group projects. You can always message me, DM me, send an ask, or even ask for my discord !
TAROTVERSE :
As the name might imply, the goal of this project is to make tarot cards featuring the gloomverse cast ! A tarot deck is massive, so we will only do the Major Arcana (22 cards).
I already did a lot of research on their meanings and who might fit best, but that is of course still up for debate.
Each participants will be able to choose a card (or more depending on how many we’ll be) and make an illustration for that card, preferably containing the usual symbolism of tarot cards.
This is certainly going to be a long project, and someone brought up that it might be best to do it last, to have time to improve and have an even better result. On the other hand, I am very excited about it and would like to do it as soon as possible :v
LYRICVERSE :
For those of you who are familiar with the term, this is basically a lyricstuck, except with gloomverse.
For those who aren’t, well, the general idea is simple : you choose a song with lyrics fitting the theme, the plot or some characters from a story, and illustrate the lyrics accordingly. The scenes depicted don’t have to be related, but I find it more satisfying when they are.
The song has not been chosen yet, so this is something you can already think about.
Each participants will get some lyrics to illustrate. There might be some guidelines so that we end up with a coherent ensemble !
And that’s all ! If you’re still unclear about something, just ask ^^
