The tunnel Is covered with a thick ligament called the Flexor Retinaculum which protects & maintains everything inside the tunnel! Also it is continuous distally with the plantar aponeurosis & proximally with the deep fascia of the leg. @rev.med ✅ Boundaries Roof: Flexor retinaculum (Ligament) - we see it from the tip of the medial malleolus to the medial calcaneal process Floor: medial surfaces of the tibia, talus, & calcaneus @rev.med ✅ Contents & Mnemonic We’ll remember the contents with the mnemonic: Tom, Dick, And (Very) Nervous Harry!
