but like i totally picture george taking jim camping and stuff an showing him how to roast the perfect s'more. which, is probably where his love for the sweet came from.

our lovely reboot jim didn't get any of that. he got frank instead, who was abusive toward jim and his brother. leaving them both emotionally crippled for a long time. like maybe jim tries it in the reboot verse, but it wouldn't hold up the same, there wouldn't be that fondness and bonding that went along with the delicious treated. it'd only be a treat.
