I've been unable to find translated versions of these pages anywhere. I'm certainly not a Japanese speaker, but I've tried to get the gist of these pages via machine translation. See below.

The first image, by the novel's artist Yuki Sugiyama;

"Hello, this is Sugiyama from Arc System Works. Congratulations on completing the Continuum Shift. Thank you.

I've always wanted to try drawing illustrations for a novel, so I was lucky to be in charge of four books this time. I had a good experience.

The second image, by Mori. He starts the letter with a joke about his "rice scoop" mascot, but I'm unable to translate it. Afterward;

"First of all, thank you very much for reading this book. And Mako-sensei. Illustrated by Sugiyama-san. Thank you so much for everything. Keep it up!

The "Kamao-san" and "Mako-sensei" they mention both refer to the author of the light novels, Mako Kamao.
