My Take on Vanderwood's Past

Came from a not so rich but not so poor family

His father and mother used to work for the agency, but they left to raise Vanderbae

The Agency come around like "Fuck that." and they murder Vandy's parents.

Seeing the child, the Agency decided to use him for experiments.

He spent quite a few years growing up in the agency, getting used to lab and even considering it home.

They started testing him out by making him go on field missons.

Time went on, and Vanderbae became the taser bro we all know and love.
