With Corso? Oooh boy, that's going way back XD I couldn't find anything in my Fraps folder. What's happened with this playthrough is pretty clearly a bug, like it doesn't register if you end the "relationship" in one of the Chapter 2 conversations but just ploughs on as if he was romanced. The poor guy. It's a shame, because he's quite gracious and mature when you reject him.

Probably! Skadge is actually slightly higher in affection(. Slightly. I may spam 2V with gifts just so I don't have to hear Skadge bitching when I send him on missions.
