LOCATION: Fazal’s villa in Monte Carlo, Monaco. 

A prestigious villa standing isolated on a hill in Monte Carlo with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa comes with a large outdoor area boasting a garden with an infinity pool and an outdoor jacuzzi, as well as a garage with enough space for five cars. Its large entryway welcomes you to a lavish interior with marble and golden accents. The windows are designed as archways to create perfect indoor-outdoor-living. A dream.

This villa is Fazal’s time-off place. Monte Carlo is where he flies to whenever he wants to relax and enjoy life with the money he’s earned. He treats Monte Carlo as his playground. Previously, there was a different villa there which he demolished to build this one in corporation with one of the local companies. It took him a very long time to build the villa the way he wanted, considering he had a few special requests for the house plan.  

The villa features a LARGE PLAYROOM which was designed to look like a hybrid of a nightclub and a casino. In it is his own poker and roulette table, billard table, a bar with a lounge area featuring tables with stripper-poles, and well... tucked away, an armory in case there’s trouble.

The villa has two floors and a basement. The basement is divided into the garage, playroom, and gym. 

The FIRST FLOOR is dedicated to the living room, dining and kitchen area with a separate bar to accompany the living space. The side facing the Mediterranean Sea is surrounded by a balcony, allowing the floor to appear larger. Beside the staircase is an office and 1.5 bathrooms.

The SECOND FLOOR is where all the bedrooms are. Specifically, one en suite master bedroom (with a large walk-in closet and a ‘double-bathroom’), one regular  en suite master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and two en suite guest bedrooms - each with a 270 view of the sea. There is an extra lounge area near the staircase. 

Most of the decorative pieces are regular, unlike the ones in London. 

The villa is normally guarded, even when he isn’t there.

He keeps a relatively old matte black Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon and a red Lamborghini Aventador S (which he plans on selling) in his garage to roam the streets of Monaco.

RUMOR HAS IT, Fazal used to have someone to share the villa with. A woman he was often seen with in Monaco. She also drove his Lambo.

LOCATION: Fazal’s penthouse in Knightsbridge, London, UK. 

A stunning, sophisticated penthouse that looks over the luxurious Knightsbridge. Double entry doors welcome you to a high ceiling living room featuring a modern staircase to your left and a wine gallery separated by glass to your right. The penthouse comes with two floors and balances a sense of voluminous cave-like space with elegance and comfort. 

OTHER INFORMATION

The apartment was meticulously designed and is maintained by Fazal himself. He was very keen on creating a dark, relaxing ambience with earthy tones and elements of nature such as wood and stone. 

The FIRST FLOOR is dedicated to entertainment and includes the living room, kitchen and dining area, 1.5 bathrooms, and a guest bedroom with a walk-in closet at the far end. This floor features a lot of eye-catching, custom-made pieces such as the peculiar origami chandelier, tall fireplace, custom walls (e.g. the wall behind the staircase and fireplace), and much more. His custom-made billard table is situated closer to the dining area. 

If Fazal ever brings someone home, he uses the guest bedroom downstairs.

Most of the SECOND FLOOR is strictly reserved for himself and his work. This includes his large office, en suite master bedroom with a custom walk-in closet separating the master bathroom, another en suite guest bedroom, an extra bathroom, and a lounge area with more custom pieces. 

His master closet isn’t only for clothes. 

Fazal also has a villa in Monaco for his time off.
