SHOW ME SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSE THAT LIVES RENT-FREE FT. FAZAL’S CAT

Meet SIMONE, whom Fazal calls Simon. She is an ABYSSINIAN, a little over five years old. She is known not be cuddly, but will demonstrate her affection in other ways. Most often, she will fall asleep on Fazal and it is only then that he is finally able to pet her without feeling her teeth sink into his hand. She can be very talkative, especially when she wants his attention. During the day, she will attack him and scratch his hand if he dares to touch her or try to hug her. 

He, nonetheless, tries his best to give her all the care that she needs and ensures that the maids feed her on time when he isn’t home. It goes without saying that Fazal loves to spoil, so, naturally, she has many toys to play with. All in all, she is a surprisingly intelligent, obedient creature. No matter how many times she hisses at him, scratches or bites him, she will always return to him and eventually find comfort in his arms.

JUST ONE STEP CLOSER FT. FAZAL KHAN’S FAVORITES.

Animal: Nile Crocodile.

Drink: It’s a tie between good whiskey and rich red wine.

Element: Air, as something that gives life, can take it away if deprived of it, and allows other elements to exist.

Flavour: Fear.

Gift they’ve received:  His Caporegime’s priceless, white-gold signet ring, just before he died. 

Holiday (vacation) they’ve been on: Flying to Mauritius straight after university with friends. It was his very first flight using a private jet.

Instrument: Piano. He can hardly play it, but he’s impressed by those who can, ever charmed by the melody. His mother used to play the piano, and he knows a few notes and one or two simple melodies, but never dedicated much time to it. He preferred to be her audience.

Job they’ve had: Being the caporegime’s errand boy when he was a lot younger. 

Karaoke go-to song: Gorillaz, Feel Good Inc.

Lifetime achievement: Living his current life.

Movie: Scarface, 1983.

Night time activity: Driving through the streets of London.

Outfit: Black sweater, black sweatpants, matched with dark shades and Christian Louboutin Greggo Orlato black velvet Oxford shoes. Don’t forget the rings.

LOCATION: Fazal’s villa in Monte Carlo, Monaco. 

A prestigious villa standing isolated on a hill in Monte Carlo with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa comes with a large outdoor area boasting a garden with an infinity pool and an outdoor jacuzzi, as well as a garage with enough space for five cars. Its large entryway welcomes you to a lavish interior with marble and golden accents. The windows are designed as archways to create perfect indoor-outdoor-living. A dream.

OTHER INFORMATION

This villa is Fazal’s time-off place. Monte Carlo is where he flies to whenever he wants to relax and enjoy life with the money he’s earned. He treats Monte Carlo as his playground. Previously, there was a different villa there which he demolished to build this one in corporation with one of the local companies. It took him a very long time to build the villa the way he wanted, considering he had a few special requests for the house plan.  

The villa features a LARGE PLAYROOM which was designed to look like a hybrid of a nightclub and a casino. In it is his own poker and roulette table, billard table, a bar with a lounge area featuring tables with stripper-poles, and well... tucked away, an armory in case there’s trouble.

The villa has two floors and a basement. The basement is divided into the garage, playroom, and gym. 

The FIRST FLOOR is dedicated to the living room, dining and kitchen area with a separate bar to accompany the living space. The side facing the Mediterranean Sea is surrounded by a balcony, allowing the floor to appear larger. Beside the staircase is an office and 1.5 bathrooms.

The SECOND FLOOR is where all the bedrooms are. Specifically, one en suite master bedroom (with a large walk-in closet and a ‘double-bathroom’), one regular  en suite master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and two en suite guest bedrooms - each with a 270 view of the sea. There is an extra lounge area near the staircase. 

Most of the decorative pieces are regular, unlike the ones in London. 

The villa is normally guarded, even when he isn’t there.

He keeps a relatively old matte black Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon and a red Lamborghini Aventador S (which he plans on selling) in his garage to roam the streets of Monaco.

RUMOR HAS IT, Fazal used to have someone to share the villa with. A woman he was often seen with in Monaco. She also drove his Lambo.

ON HIS PHONE FT. FAZAL KHAN

Though assumed to own at least two phones and switch out his burner phones religiously, his 'main' phone is dedicated to personal texts and taking pictures. Now, ‘personal texts’ may sound interesting, yet they’re more like self-invitations or warnings of his arrival sent to his closest allies. All things important and heavy are left to meetings in-person. Meanwhile his secondary phone is strictly reserved for anything work-related, most of all business calls. Additionally, he does not have any social media and has maintained quite the mysterious appearance in that matter. 

His lockscreen is a picture of his cat, Simone, when she was a baby to reminisce the good times when she didn’t act like the penthouse belongs to her and her only.

His most recently taken picture is that of London on a cold, rainy day, and his favorite picture is of... well, cheeky her during that time in Monte Carlo.
