Earlier that day…
The weekend had come and gone, but the memories were blurry, almost like it never happened.
Lucas pulled up to the Club SoHo even though he knew it was still pretty early in the day, he couldn’t pass up free drinks and also he never really hung out with the other models and photographers so he didn’t want to miss a chance to hang out with them even if it was for a few hours. “Aye! Lucas, ‘bout time you showed up. We were starting to think you weren’t going to come!” Lucas let out a small laugh as he looked over towards Pierre who was already handing him a drink, “how can I pass up free drinks,” he said with a light chuckle as he took the drink from him, “free drinks all night mate!” he felt someone pat his back as he looked over, “perfect! My kind of night Jay,” he said as he took a sip of his drink, instantly tasting the alcohol, “god, this is strong. What is it?” he asked as he looked back towards Pierre, “way too much alcohol to name off,” Lucas shook his head as he took another sip of his drink, it was nice to get out with those he worked with. Even though he felt it was still a bit early to be drinking, but then again who was he to pass up free anything.
The time at the SoHo seemed to fly, especially when you’re having fun. At least Lucas was enjoying himself, he already lost count of how much he’d drank, “Luke! You gotta try this,” before Lucas could actually respond he felt someone place pill into his hand, “what’s this?” he asked curiously trying his best to examine the pill in his hand, “don’t worry so much about what it is, it’ll make you feel good just take it,” before he could reply, he felt his hand being raise and soon enough the pill was in his mouth and being watered down with a full glass of alcohol. The rest of the time there was a blur, “here’s another,” he heard a voice say as he took another pill, there was no lie it made him feel good. Like there was no care in the world.
Everything around him began to blur, “I don’t feel well,” he said his breath slightly labored as he walked towards the bar almost tripping catching the bar, “aye Luke, you good bruv?” Lucas looked over shaking his head a bit, “I need to get home,” he slurred as he felt someone lift him up, “it’s ok, I got him I’ll take him home,” was the last thing he heard as he dozed off a bit, “don’t worry bruv I got ya,” the trip home felt long everything was blurred he didn’t even know who was actually bringing him home.
