I'm only on the third issue but like nothing's happening!! And she's already got ANOTHER love interest!

Tell me about it! It feels like a boring filler issue but this is supposed to be the actual main storyline.  And it sucks because I actively try to support any title Barbara is in, but this is so boring. BatBOP is a very much more along my tastes, but Barbara’s solo is literally not good. Like I am TRYING but it’s not getting through to me.

And another one...grrr....I’ve read up on Cobblepot Jr and he’s already labeled as her boyfriend in the new solicitations. This is gonna be the only second comic he’s appearing in. Two comics is all it takes for us they expect us to be invested in this relationship. I love romance in comics but I cannot handle bland romance. I tried to get into and was ready to accept Kai but holy hell that arc just did nothing for me. Like I try not to be negative about titles and the story is not horrific but this is not what I should be getting from a Barbara Gordon solo.
