A sweet and refreshing parfait with layers of graham cracker crust, key lime pudding, and key lime curd that tastes like Key Lime Pie.
Ingredients: 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 package 3.4 oz instant key lime pudding mix. 2 cups cold milk. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup key lime curd. Fresh key lime slices for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar should all be mixed together in a bowl. To make the crust, press the mixture into the bottom of the serving glasses. The crust should be baked in a hot oven for 8 to 10 minutes. After that, it should be left to cool completely. Add the cold milk to another bowl and whisk the key lime pudding mix in until it gets thick. Put it in the fridge for at least five minutes. Mix the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream in a different bowl. Whip them together until stiff peaks form. Mix the whipped cream into the key lime pudding mixture slowly until everything is well mixed. In the glasses for serving, put the graham cracker crust on top of the key lime pudding mixture. Place a piece of key lime curd on top of the pudding. Stack the layers again and again until the glasses are full. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top to finish. Put the parfaits in the fridge for at least two hours so they can set. Before serving, top with fresh slices of key lime. Have fun with your tasty Key Lime Pie Sheet Cake Parfait!
