Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 slices of jalapeno peppers. 1/2 cup Chovi Allioli sauce. 1/4 cup sliced red onions. 1/4 cup lettuce leaves. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper on both sides. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare burgers. Adjust the cooking time to your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and let it melt. While the burgers are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill until they are lightly browned. Spread a generous amount of Chovi Allioli sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top of the Chovi Allioli sauce. Top each burger with a slice of jalapeno pepper, sliced red onions, and lettuce leaves. Cover the burgers with the top half of the toasted buns. Serve the Jalapeno Burger with Chovi Allioli immediately, and enjoy!
