A refreshing treat combining the effervescence of Champagne with the sweetness of grapes, balanced by a hint of tartness from lemon juice.
Ingredients: 4 oz Champagne. 6-8 grapes, halved. 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice. 1 tsp sugar.
Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, muddle grapes with lemon juice and sugar. Add Champagne to the shaker. Shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with a grape on the rim. Serve immediately and enjoy!
