Instructions: Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool. In a bowl, mix diced tuna with mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce. In another bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Place a sheet of nori seaweed on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on the nori seaweed.
