"Is it just me, or does Volos look to be in a bad mood? I don't know if that face of his means he's upset or focused."
Volos is seen a short distance away, handling crates of supplies for the Missionaries at the request of Kimun. His face bears a grimace, and some of the crops he's set inside can be seen with notable squeeze marks.
"Yeah, there's definitely something off. And that's not a face of focus, he's looked like that since before we all got onto the field together. Know anything, Tasuke? You're with him all the time on his phone like with the rest of us."
"I do not. His phone is shut down, and has been for hours. However, checking the activity of his accounts online, nothing there has caused any reason to cause him negative emotions as far as I can tell. Perhaps one of you could speak to him?"
"I'll go for it." He sets down the bag of seeds he was handling before approaching Volos.
"Hey, bud. You, uh, doing ok?" he asks as he puts a hand on Volos' shoulder.
"They're not fake..."
"Huh? What's not fake?"
"Vegetables! I had to argue for an hour straight that vegetables aren't fake!"
"Wait... what? How in the 24 worlds could veggies possibly be fake? We eat them all the time!"
" 'Oh, vegetable is just a culinary term, it has no basis in science which means they're not real! They're all just flowers, roots, etc.' " Volos states in a mocking tone with similarly mocking hand gestures. "They're still vegetables! They're recognized not as individual plants, but parts of plants that are edible but not part of the ovary that bears the seeds which is what fruits are."
"So... any part of a plant we eat that doesn't have seeds?"
"Exactly! It's so easy to understand! They HAD to have been messing with me! I just."
"FUCK!"
"Never heard you curse before..."
"Ok, so you need a break... How about you go and sit by the shed and turn your phone back on so Tasuke can play you some tunes?"
"Thanks... I'm sorry for exploding like this..."
"We all lose our cool sometimes, so it's all good!"
Chrono Stones Bonus Dialogue #07: Tasuke & Co. Post-Festival
Inazuma Eleven's mostly free scouting makes it rare to find named characters just hanging out in the field, but returning to Owari in Chapter 5 reveals some exceptions. Katsu, being immediately recruitable, is conveniently out on delivery (according to her mother), but the rest of the younger cast have taken over the old jizo temple. Tasuke's tying up loose ends, his friends are practising hard, and Gorota's lost in the bushes on another football hunt.
Their two-chapter grace period comes courtesy of the PalPack items required for their recruitment, all of which are located in Bakumatsu-era Kyoto. When Chapter 7 begins, they all take off for good.

I know I was rewatching S3 a few days ago but now I’m watching Go CS and I would just like to interrupt your regular scheduled content to say
He is the most important guy ever actually
Core’s plan
@karikitdemonrp
(Phase 3, begin! lol)
Sasuke looked at Core as he crossed his arms. “You’re not hurt Kari. I might be working with Core here, but I wouldn’t let him hurt you while you were unconscious.” It seemed Sasuke had some honor after all!
Kiba snorted, chained on the opposite wall. “You OK Kar? Sorry for what Sasuke made me do.”
