[send me a 🍏for a fun, student-friendly recipe] pancakes for one: in a bowl mix together ¼ cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp oil or butter, ¼ cup milk, 1 egg. this batter will make about 2 full-size crêpes or 5 smol pancakes, so fry accordingly ♡

[send me a 🍏for a fun, student-friendly recipe] yeast-free pizza dough for one: either in a standing mixer or by hand combine the following ingredients into a ball of dough: 2/3 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 cup warmish milk/water, 2 tbsp olive oil. add more flour or liquid if it’s either too wet or too dry. knead long and well to release academia stress, then either roll out or use your hands to press it onto a floured baking dish or a tray covered with parchment paper. bake, covered with olive oil, tomato sauce, mozzarella and whatever ingredients your heart desires, for 10-13 minutes at 220C/425F
