Dean crashed through the door of his dorm room with his usual grace--none--and level of noise, dropping his sports bag in the corner and groaning dramatically as he headed toward the bathroom. He shrugged off his jersey as he went, kicking his cleats into the corner, as well.

“Didn’t know you’d be home this early,” he commented, glancing over at the corner they’d designated for their desks and noticing that his roommate was, in fact, there. “Don’t you have a class during this hour?”

He refrained from actually removing his shorts just yet en route to the shower, now that he knew that Castiel was home. Much as they got along like oil on fire, and Dean sincerely liked the other boy--who was essentially his polar opposite--he’d also been open with Cas about his fluid sexuality, and in Dean’s experience, not everyone liked it when their equally-into-guys roomie stripped naked in front of them.

“Or are you finally playing hooky?” he added teasingly. “Rebel.”
