Tattoos are Forever Review

This past weekend, I found myself at Tattoos are Forever in Wayne, New Jersey. I was in the mood for some fresh ink and after my aunt recommended I go to her friends, I took a shot. I easily booked my appointment online with their gorgeously designed website, and it was done. The owners, Cisco and Nikki, both seemed down to earth on their profiles and I could not wait for the day to arrive and finally meet them.

           When I got to the shop, I introduced myself and knew this was going to be a great experience. Cisco was that one who actually tattooed me, and honestly I could not be any happier. I felt very comfortable and informed when signing the papers. I was then shown to the room where all the action would take place. As I looked around it was spotless, and everything was in packaging. He washed his hands, put his gloves on, and started laying everything out. He explained what each thing was for and let me ask any questions I had. He drew out the design and let me approve before anything else. Before getting started he told me the first line would be the shortest so I could get a feel for the machine. Throughout the tattooing process, we talked and laughed about different things that came to mind. Cisco had fun music playing in the background to distract when there was a tough spot. He always made me feel relaxed and went slow in the parts it hurt. After about two hours, I was done and completely satisfied. I had my new tattoo and it was better than I could have even imagined in my mind.

           I am extremely happy with this tattoo shop and their owners. I had a phenomenal experience here and would recommend it to those who are experienced and first time goers alike. This shop was clean, informative, and staff was very friendly. They made getting my third tattoo a joy, and I cannot wait to go back for more.
