Do not try to short your tattoo artist!

I personally know a tattoo artist who has this one client who always cries broke to him. She basically trys to get tattooed for a deal aka the family/close friend rate. Not going to lie she referred a lot of people towards him but the only issue with that Is that all the people who she referred to him are just like her and want some kind of deal. This artist has a family that he solely supports so you can see why he can't give deals out left and right. He trys to hook up this client as much as possible because of all these references but I've noticed something lately that really has pissed me off. This client says she's always broke and basically begs for a deal but here I see her spend money on lavish things like trips and items (everything costing way more then shop rate) so how can she afford these items but can't afford to pay the hourly shop rate? I personally think its because she want to pocket money for herself to spend on more stuff after the tattoo. Its just wrong in my eyes.
